The Food Corporation of India (FCI) one of the largest Public Sector Undertakings dealing with Food grain supply-chain management, intends to recruit Management Trainees (General/ Depot/ Movement/ Accounts/ Technical/Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering) for manning posts in its depots and offices spread all over the Country. Online / Offline applications are invited from eligible candidates who fulfill the prescribed qualifications, age etc.

Name of the post – Management Trainee (General/ Depot/ Movement/ Accounts/ Technical/ Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering)

Zone wise Post detail –

North zone – Total post- 158 (UR-103/OBC-47/SC-05/ST-03)

South zone – Total post- 197 (UR-108/OBC-59/SC-17/ST-13)

East zone – Total post- 12 (UR-07/OBC-03/SC-01/ST-01)

West zone  – Total post- 47 (UR-25/OBC-10/SC-08/ST-04)

North-East zone – Total post- 46 (UR-24/OBC-13/SC-05/ST-04)

Qualification –

For General/ Depot/ Movement – Graduate degree or equivalent with minimum 60% marks(SC/ST/PH candidates -55%) or CA/ICWA/CS.

For Management Trainee (Accounts) – Associate Membership of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India; or The Institute of Company Secretaries of India or B.Com and Post Graduate Full-time MBA (Fin) Degree / Diploma

For Management Trainee (Technical) – B.Sc. (Agriculture) / B.Tech / BE in Food Science / Food Science and Technology / Agricultural Engg. / Bio Technology.

For Management Trainee (Civil Engineering) – Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.

For Management Trainee (Mechanical Engineering) – Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.

For Management Trainee (Electrical Engineering) – Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.

Age limit – Maximum 28 years(as on 01-08-2013)

Pay scale – Stipend – 8500/-  IDA Pay scale of Rs. 16400 – 40500 after successful completion of training period of six months
